Vermont Ice Apple Crme is a premium cream liqueur, made with only 3 ingredients, starting with Vermont ice cider. To make the ice cider, Vermont apples need to be harvested in the late fall and then pressed. In order to concentrate all the sugars and flavors, the cider is frozen and the concentration is fermented. The cider is then matured in French oak barrels. Blended with Vermont apple brandy distilled on a Vendome pot still and fresh cream, it’s the Vermont ice cider that sets this crme de la crme bottle apart from other liqueurs where a bulk grain neutral spirit is usually used as base.
