Sherried Irish single malt, ahoy! This one is from the W.D. O’Connell range, distilled at Bushmills in December 2008. It then rested exclusively in a second-fill European oak Oloroso sherry butt for 12 years. Just 350 bottles were produced of the nutty, dry whiskey. We can see this being delightful on cooler evenings!
