Nose: Spirit driven, light and fruitypear, tangerine, pineapple, lemon grass, and slight vanilla.

Palate: Light custard, Pawpaw fruit, lemon, and pineapple. Very little oak influence.

Finish: Short and tart with citrus zest, and vanilla.
