Wahaka VdM Durango Cenizo is a single-village mezcal made with a blend of agave Espadn and the rare, wild-harvested Madrecuixe. It is made using the traditional methods and techniques of the Zapotec people in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. The nose of this mezcal is filled with bright tropical fruit aromas, along with notes of smoke, earth, and a hint of sweetness.
