Eigashima is a Ji-Whisky company, best known for producing a brand known as White Oak Akashi. Produced in Seto Inland Sea Akashi, Hyogo is a small distillation town, where wines are produced through oak cask storage. This is an excellent whisky and one of the more popular Ji-whiskies from Japan. Well worth a try.
